research
First we meet with you and define your aims. At this stage we listen to your vision and throw in our expertise, ideas and try to make you think laterally. This is when we all brainstorm, define priorities, establish goals and start scheduling the project.
create
This is when we walk away and create a treatment highlighting all the research and how it will be implemented. At this stage we also create the mockup, draft the visuals/designs and/or generate a rough cut for your video. For complex and large scale scale web projects this is typically when the sitemaps and wireframes are created. All this is then passed onto you for review.
communicate and develop
Upon approval of the treatment and designs or video, we will meet again to discuss the finer details and any adjustments required. We conduct Quality Control all throughout the development of your product which means that we will report everything problematic even things that you might not have picked upon.
implement
This step involves analysis and final refinement of your product. We will perform final evaluation and checks to make sure all works as planned. In the case of a film and web campaign it involves us following up, monitoring audience response and analysing target achievement. It is all about enhancing the final product.
